Kathi Holmbeck

Kathi Holmbeck is a local elder law lawyer.  A graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, Holmbeck also holds a Master’s degree in Social Services and a Master’s degree in Law and Social Policy, both from Bryn Mawr College.  She is a member of the Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Nonprofit Organizations Law Sections of the Oregon State Bar and has served on the Executive Committee for the Elder Law Section.  Holmbeck was judge pro tempore for Josephine County Circuit Court for ten years, providing volunteer judicial services to the Court and the community. Her law practice is primarily estate planning and protective proceedings for adults.

Holmbeck is a member of the Rogue Gateway Rotary.  She is currently serving on the Josephine County core team for Special Olympics of Oregon.  She is also a basketball coach for Special Olympics.  Past experience includes serving on the board for Stepping Stones, Inc. and helping transition the merger of Stepping Stones, Inc. and Sparc Enterprises, Inc. become Southern Oregon Aspire, a vocational and residential services provider for people with intellectual challenges.
