Board Members

The Four Way Community Foundation has a 12-member all-volunteer board of directors. The term for each director is three years with a limit of three consecutive terms. Candidates for the board are nominated by a committee and voted on by the entire board. To be nominated, a candidate must have demonstrated dedication to community involvement and service. It is desirable for the board to have a diversity of occupational skills and backgrounds and these factors are also taken into consideration when candidates are considered. The board officers are president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer.
